How Do I Increase My Energy Levels?

Sometimes we just feel blah!  We think “What’s wrong?” Have you ever felt that way?  Do your ask yourself “How do I increase my energy levels so I can keep going through the day?”

Well, you have to start somewhere!

There’s something I’ve been doing for as long as I can remember which is having a lemon drink upon rising.  Never once have I yearned for a plain cup of tea, and definitely not a cup of coffee. Unlike most people in this world we live in, I can’t stand coffee!

No, I find it’s not a chore but something my body seems to desire, so it’s easy for me to do.

Now you can simply squeeze half a lemon
into some room temperature filtered water
and drink it at least 10 minutes before you eat any food…
or you can do what I do and
make it into something really special!

How can I increase my energy levels is often asked. Drinking lemon juice first thing in the morning is the perfect start.

Oh well, I guess it’s a matter of how old you are as to how exciting you find that statement!
